Warranty Claims


Our products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for up to 6 months from the date of purchase or for the maximum period allowed by the laws of your jurisdiction, if less.

FAFO Sports LLC's RAPTOR and TORO paddle models include a 6 (Six)-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects when you purchase your paddle from us or through an authorized distributor or authorized retailer. In the event of a suspected defect, please contact us via email at customerservice@fafosports.com. Please include a picture of your proof of purchase, a brief description of the suspected issue, along with photos of the suspected issue. Inquiries will receive a response within 24 business hours or less.

The paddle warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original owner when the paddle is purchased new from FAFO Sports or an authorized distributor or authorized retailer. Regular wear and tear, damage caused by abuse, negligence, or user modification, as well as the natural fading of graphics over time, are not covered. The paddle face and edge guard will scratch, nick, scuff, and chip over regular use throughout the life of the paddle.

This warranty is available for FAFO Sports paddles in the United States, Central America, and South America. FAFO Sports has the sole discretion to determine whether a paddle is covered and will either replace or repair any paddle covered under the warranty.
